RETURN WINDOW
- 14-Day Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
- Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from damage. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

By Mail: Returns are processed through the mail. To initiate a return, please follow these instructions:
- You can use the self-service returns option from the Orders page HERE.
- Once the system approves the return request, you will receive an email with a return label and intructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Use the provided shipping label to return the item.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items.
- Return Handling Fee: Additionally, a return handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed after your return is received and inspected.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
